Hydraulic drive drives the Traveling Grate system, which uses the oil to be transferred into the system. The electric motor drives (drives) the hydraulic pump in order to suck the oil from the tank into the pump. and then exported to the hydraulic system. This causes the hydraulic cylinder to move and transmits the driving force to the Traveling Grate system.
