Quality Control

1. Eddy current test (EC)

Eddy current test or skin examination using eddy currents is the method used to Inspect metal parts for defects on the surface and near the surface, the device generates a magnetic field. This will induce an eddy current on the specimen and observe it. Changed test probe impedance due to the eddy current on the workpiece changes because of the properties, shapes, or discontinuities in the material it can only be tested on conductive materials.

2. Hydrostatic Pressure test

Pipe pressure testing Water is typically used at 1.5 times the design pressure to test the material before actual use that the material No leaks or damage have occurred.
