ESP Suppliers

Electrostatic Precipitators (ESPs) are a critical air pollution control technology. Our ESPs are designed and manufactured in-house at our Samut Sakhon factory by an experienced engineering team, achieving up to 99.9% solid particle capture efficiency. Arrow Energy’s boiler and heater business has supplied more than 30 units to the regional sugar industry, each equipped with ESPs that meet local environmental standards.

How an ESP Works

An ESP removes particulate from a gas stream by applying an electrical charge — positive or negative — to the particles. The charged particles are then attracted to oppositely-charged collection electrodes. The method is highly effective for capturing fine particulate, which is why ESPs are the preferred choice for industries with stringent emission limits.

Wet Electrostatic Precipitators (WESPs)

For exhaust streams containing sticky or condensable hydrocarbon pollutants, or where explosion potential is high, we supply Wet Electrostatic Precipitators (WESPs). WESPs handle moist or sticky particulate without clogging, making them well-suited to applications where dry collection is impractical.

Dry ESP Systems

For industries where dust can be collected and handled dry, a Dry ESP is more cost-effective and simpler to maintain — no water handling required. Unlike wet scrubbers, which can use electric charge alongside other mechanisms, ESPs rely solely on electrostatic attraction, making them a highly specialised and efficient solution for removing airborne particulate from industrial exhaust.

Quality & Performance

Our ESPs are engineered to meet — and where required, exceed — applicable industry standards. Whether the application is dry or sticky particulate, our ESP solutions are designed to deliver consistent emission control over the asset’s service life.
